Payment
- Full payment for services must be received at the time you make your reservation.
- For online reservation, only PayPal & Authorize.net are accepted.
How to Process Your Online Reservations
- - All online reservations must be made 72hrs in advance the day before your service date.
- - All reservation request after this deadline, please call our reservation office at (808) 922-1200. (subject to availability)
- - No shows will incur full charges & no refund.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations must be made 72 hours prior to the day of service
- Cancellations made less than 72 hours prior to the day of service will result in a 100% charge being incurred.

Child Booster Seats and Car Seats Law
All kids under 4 years old must be secured in a Federally-approved child safety seat.
All kids between 4 to 8 years old (under 8 years old) must ride in either a booster seat or a car seat.
Kids 4 ft 9 inches or taller or those riding in vehicles with lap-only seat belts in rear seats are exempt.
All kids too old for safety seats must wear a seat belt.
We highly recommend you to have child booster or car seats even though our vehicles are exempt from the Law

Shuttle Pick Up Locations and Times
All pick up location, times and rates are subject to change without notice. No charge for the children under the age of 2 as long as the child does not occupy.
Waikiki hotel shuttle pick-up time for Domestic flights should be at least 2.5 hours in advance before Domestic flight time and 3 hours in advance for International flight time. Please be aware of that our shuttle makes multiple stops.
In order to provide exact pick up time and location, our staff will contact you the day before
